Bill, I ordered and paid for a chart two days ago and the receipt said that if I did not receive my chart within an hour I should make contact. As pointed out, it has been two days. I have written one email, this is my second. Could you please refund my money. The receipt is below.

If you send a follow up or an email to me at firepig01@yahoo.com with the name of the product you ordered, I'd be happy to see you get it right away.

As for OCA, I don't know whether your payment went through or not. Usually that is the cause for non receipt. Also, sometimes the email notifying you of your chart gets sent to your spam folder. You might check there.

Regardless of what happened, I will send you a chart as soon as you tell me which one.
