My grandson who is 10 months old is  a premature child.
His chart is as under:
Lagna: Cancer , Kethu in Lagna Rahu in 7th house.
Saturn in leo, Moon in scorpio,Rahu in capricon, Jupiter in Aquarius,Mars and Venus in Taurus, Sun and Mercury in Gemini.
In Navamsa the position is as under:
Lagna in Libra along with Moon Saturn and Jupiter.Mercury in scorpio and Mars in Capricon.Venus and Rahu in Aquarius and sun in Pisces.Kethu in Leo
Qustion: In view of Moon in neecha position will he have any physical or mental disability? Does the horoscope have Neechabanga Raja yoga?

You have not mentioned birth details of your grandson. But, as per information your have provided I have come to this conclusion that there is Neech banga Yoga in his horoscope. (01)lord of Scorpio-Mars placed in kendra from Moon. (02)Lord of exaltation sign(Taurus) of debilitated planet(Moon)i.e. Venus is also in Kendra from Moon.
