My DOB is 14 April 1989. Time- 8:05pm, Place- Lucknow(India). Please tell me what will/should I study and work in?

Looking at your chart I see your strengths are creativity, practicality and working well within a routine.
I would modify my comment about creativity to state you are best suited for applied arts. In other words, not pursuits like painting or sculpture, but rather a career in graphic arts, computer aided design, landscape architecture or interior decorating.
A career characterized by routine work, such as accounting, is also appropriate.
And, one that gets you close to the earth, construction or civil engineering, could also be suitable.
