You should plan for second child in second half of 2012 or 2013. Drishti of Jupiter on fifth house of your horoscope and presence of Moon in fifth house of your husband's horoscope and few other factors supporting possibility of male child this time. Both of you should recite OM GAM GANPATAYE PUTRA VARDAYA NAMAH 108 on every Wednesday. God bless.
