Is it possible to know any thing about future (education , marriage ,life) without knowing time of birth. Actaully some people don,t know about their time of birth.

Yes,

In Chinese Astrology their are four signs, year, month, day and hour of birth. Each of these consists of an element and an animal, giving 8 factors. So, even if you don't know your time of birth, you still know three fourths of the information needed to do your chart. The results won't be as accurate or specific as those derived from all four signs, but they can tell a lot about your future.
