I have somewhere read that Pluto is my ruling planet cause it has a lot of strong aspects with other planets and because of that is my chart ruler.
Have you heard something like that, that one planet is ruling planet because it has a lot of aspects?

A planet with a lot of energy in the chart has a strong influence but it is not the planet we look at that rules the chart, the chart ruler has two main functions first it along with the ascendant represents the physical body, but more importantly it influences how you approach life and view the world.  A strongly aspected planet may  make those things more or less important in the life, but it can not usurp the ruler of the chart. A birth chart is a holistic unit, each thing in it means something but is also influenced by something else,  So another person with an Aquarian Sun and Leo Moon will not react to the chart ruler the same as you do. Astrology has four major components.  The signs which are the energy of our solar system, the planet carry the energy, the houses are where the energy is dispersed and the aspect which indicate how the planets work with each other.
