Hello Sir,
Earlier you had replied me about the house issue to wait till 2013 n look under construction house shortly. (HUSBAND'S=DOB=20.03.1977; time= 22:15; thane city and MY DOB=04.09.1977; Time=16:55; Mumbai) Sir i would like to know when can we go ahead for it? We are scared n tensed about finance problems. Currently we dont have so much to put in as the rates are very high now. I want to know when can we actually invest in it and will the procedure to buy a house will go smooth, how will our finance be arranged? i am really worried n confused. Dont know what thr rates will go up till 2013 m scared with the thoughts. Now even friends n family keep on taunting us to buy a house. Please guide me to know the correct path. I hope u understand my condition. We are scared to take up heavy loans for so many years. Please let me know if any problems with finance?

pooja...In Sept 2011, you may take a decision. Otherwise you pl wait upto April 2012. You need not worry. You will slowly pay the instalments. Plz arrange for 20 years repayment, in the Loan pattern. Then the instalment burden will be less for you.
You will gain the rent income and you will get exemption from Income tax also.
Dont go for heavy budget. Plan within your capacity.

The Depth of the subject is beyond a human's recognition. Because we are not in Satya Yugam.

Presently, I am a Deputy Manager in a Nationalised-Bank. Outside the Bank, I do these astrological services, and Vasthu suggessions.To help others is my MOTTO, and AIM.Through Internet and Mobile calls I do these services.

So-far ,I have not published anything. I may publish in future.

Basically ,I am a post graduate in Economics. But, I used to read some Astrological texts, like Brihath Parasara, Varaha samhita, kalamritham etc. I used to be a subscriber for B V RAMANS Astrological magazines.I have learnt this subject from my elders, in my child hood, and still practising and knowing the subject everyday.I am very much fond-of this subject. I believe in its reality.
