Hi There,

     My name is Rhonda DOB 06/20/73 TOB 3:14 AM.  I am at a crossroads in my life and headed towards middle age.  After being laid off from another meaningless job, last time was 3 years ago, I am looking to turn my passions into a career.  I have always been a writer and long to be a published author but now my love of photography and it is really starting to bloom.  I love landscape photography.  What would be an ideal career for me based on those interests?

First let me say I'm not like a lot of astrologers who tell people what they want to hear so they can have a happy/repeat client. I'm telling you this because I'm probably going to tell you everything you want to hear. I swear it's what I see in your chart, not some made up b.s.

You were born during the year of the Water Ox, month of the Earth Horse, day of the Fire Pig and hour of the Water Tiger.

I can understand your frustration. You are coming out of the stage of life called Maturation, the time after leaving school and beginning your career and family. Unfortunately for you it is your weakest (chi/energy/life force) time. So you entered the "real" world with a handicap. The good news is that period is ending/over, and you're now entering into one of your two, strongest ones. So you are right to think, this is the time. Cause it is.

As for your future, career choices, I'd have to say you could do well at EITHER based on the elements in your chart. Your strengths are Water and Earth. Water is associated with communications -- including writing. Having a good mind and doing research is another. It's one of the two elements contributing to creativity. The other is Wood, and you have an average amount of that in your chart. You were born in a Water year, so that's even better. Speaking of your year sign, the Ox gives you the determination and perseverance so needed by writers. And, your Fire Pig and Water Tiger are both well suited to being a photographer. Why not do both! Writing gives you a lot of flexibility.
