Dear Bill,

Friends have told me you are excellent when it comes to matters concerning Chinese Astrology. This must be true, since you have been 'maxed out' until now. I'm glad to be able to ask you some questions! :)

I am a 35 year old male, born 7/28/70, at 11:00 p.m.

I have been dating a 38 year old female, born 2/7/67 (Unsure of the time of day) for a little over a year.

Please tell me anything you can about our relationship, past, present and future. Will we get married? Do you forsee anything good for the future? Do you see any problems or obstacles?

Anything you could tell me would be extremely helpful. Thank You.

Your time of birth is a very critical time for Chinese astrology, so i can only give you a quick, tentative answer until you clarify a point for me.

From a Chinese astrology perspective this match has a 73% favorable compatibility rating, which is excellent.

You need to know, however, that in Chinese astrology the new day starts at 11pm rather than midnight. The percentage given above reflects that you were born on or after 11, and that daylight savings time was NOT
in effect. If you were born even one minute before 11 or daylight savings time was in effect, your rating would be 38%, which is significantly below average chance of success.

Could you please submit a follow up question advising whether the 11pm you gave was daylight savings time and whether you or not you are sure you were born after 11.

Then i will also provide some analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the relationship.
