(I'm assuming your birthday is October 8 rather than August 10)
You were born during the year of the Wood Ox, month of the Wood Rooster, day of the Water Horse and hour of the Water Tiger.
A complete answer to your question could run 15-20 pages. What I will do here is look at your chart and tell you 3 of the most important things I see.
First, your year sign, Ox, is the sign most likely to choose the wrong partner. You should always get an outside opinion from someone you trust and who is wise before committing yourself to a relationship.
Second, you don't have much Fire in your chart. You could be lacking charisma and may not be that attractive to the opposite sex. While you cannot change who you are, you certainly can make an extra effort with your wardrobe and your grooming to make yourself more attractive.
Third, your indicators for family happiness are strong. You have a good chance for success in this area, especially if you partner with someone born in the year of the Snake, four years younger or eight years older than yourself.
