Also, astrology is NOT "What is my lucky stone?" or "What is my lucky color?" or "What are my lucky numbers?" Any astrologer who gives you a lucky object, or number, based on your chart, is not a real astrologer, but someone who is giving in to superstition. In order to find out how to enhance your luck, you need to have an astrologer look at your whole chart, and tell you what areas you need to focus upon, how to accent your positives, and work to resolve any problems that exist.

Please make sure your question is on astrology and not astronomy. I am not an astronomer.
Question I read your profile and was very impressed with your experience and dedication to Astrology. I know many people who read their Sun Sign's "Daily Horoscope" and plan their day/life according to what they read. While some of it may be true (depending on what website they are on), I don't believe they see the entire picture and they may be mislead. For instance, I emailed a friend of mine their "Daily Horoscope" for 8 days in a row. Their Sun Sign is Gemini, but I emailed the one for Scorpio on purpose without them knowing it (I wanted to test my theory). This person was "amazed" at how "true" their horoscope was each and everyday and asked what website I was using. You could just imagine when I told them I was using the same website they were, but purposely chose another Sun Sign to prove a point to them.
Which brings me to my question. I was born on January 31, 1963 at 4:30 am in Rhodes, Greece. (While time of birth was not recorded in Greece in 1963, my mom believes it was 4:30 am). This makes me an Aquarius, but what is my Moon Sign, Rising Sun, and Mercury Sign, and how important are the houses in all of this? I'd love to know more and I would appreciate if you could help me understand this better. Thank you for your help.

Sun Sign astrology is, by its very nature, general. It is not true astrology. Afterall, there are only 12 Sun Signs. It is literally impossible for someone to write a set of predictions that was accurate for 1/12th of the earth's population, so those that write such general predictions use very general terms, which are often valid for everyone. These 'Daily Horoscopes' should be viewed as entertainment, not astrology.
I have calculated the positions for you of your various chart positions. The first number on each line is the degrees, the second number is minutes. So looking at the first one, your Sun is 10 degrees 30 minutes in Aquarius:

The Sun, Moon and planets are parts of you. The signs they are in show the way you express these parts. So your Mercury, which is how you communicate, and your logical mind, expresses in a Capricornian manner. And the houses are areas of life where you most often utilize that part of yourself. So you have the Moon in the 4th house, showing a connection to home, family, roots.
