Question QUESTION: I recently saw you answer a question about the Tiger(86) Ox(85) compatablity rating. I am a very large believer in my personal spirituality and my current fiance and I are respectably a tiger(me) and an ox(him). Is marriage ill concieved?

The short answer to your question is not necessarily.
There are going to be clashes of wills.
The question is what are the positives in the relationship. To know that I have to know the year, month, day and if you can find it, the hour of your births to get a complete picture of your charts. It's possible your other three signs are great matches. In that case you would want to willingly put up with the clashes that will come about from Ox-Tiger confrontations.
Your elements and element balance also make a big difference. Each Chinese sign consists of an animal and an element. The element is just as important.

You were born during the year of the Fire Tiger, month of the Wood Horse, day of the Fire Pig and hour of the Water Tiger or Metal Ox. (Tiger if you gave me standard time; Ox if 3:59am daylight savings time)
Your partner was born during the Year of the Wood Ox, month of the Fire Pig, day of the Earth Sheep and hour of the Water Rooster.
From a Chinese astrology perspective this match has a 64% favorable compatibility rating, which is very good. In fact, if the time you gave me is daylight savings time, it is 87%, which is excellent.
Don't get me wrong. There are going to be plenty of clashes of will here, with Ox and Tiger and lots of Metal in your charts. You need, however, a partner you can respect. You can figure, then, with a strong partner there will be clashes of will, no matter what your compatibility is.
The biggest problem i see is you are both vulnerable to finding something better. He has two signs from the Ox, Snake, Rooster group, and you have none. He could easily be tempted by a Snake. You have two signs from the Tiger-Horse-Dog compatibility group, and he has none. You could be tempted by a Dog sign person. This is because neither of you will be able to fulfill a significant number of needs represented by those compatibility groups.
