Chinese Astrology. I`ve done Chinese astrology for over 19 years, pimary experience Ming Shu style. I am NOT a psychic. I do comment on relationships, career, personality analysis and life cycle chi, i.e., energy level and influences at each of the five stages of life.
Experience
I've studied Chinese astrology for almost 18 years now and done several thousand charts. My specialty is four pillars method, particularly as applied to evaluating relationships. My next step is to learn Purple Star astrology. It identifies many more chart details, but accurate readings are time consuming and dependent upon a lifetime of acquired experience.

Dear Bill,
Is there a way to easily calculate the Chinese Day of Birth sign and element? Is there a website that you know of that calculates this?

You can go to:

There is no easy way to calculate it unless you have tables readily available. You can order Derek Walters' The Art and Practice of Chinese Astrology used at a reasonable price at www.amazon.com. Any one of the 12 books in Kwok, Man-Ho's series, Authentic Chinese Horoscopes - The Year of the Rat, etc., has tables. One or more of the books is usually available, normally from England, for about $15 used.
We have a calculator at www.firepig.com, which we use, but we have not put it online. You're welcome to submit a request to money@firepig.com. It is easier to use than the one at the site I gave you. Please, however, do visit my website. You will find a lot of other, useful information there.
