Moonstone is opalescent with a blue or white/silvery glistening brightness. It comes from India. As for how much you would pay, I have no idea. There is an internet site:

As for those other gems, I checked all four of your Chinese signs, none is associated with those gems. They thus do not have a particular significance as far as Chinese astrology is concerned.
