I'm not surprised you asked those two questions. Your indicators of career success and family happiness are both below average. These are probably the major challenges in your life.
I do, however, have some good news for you. Your chart pattern reveals you are a late bloomer. By that I mean you are like a flower that blooms late in the year. Your chi (energy/life force) is lowest in your earlier years and much higher in your later ones. In fact you are about to enter the strongest (chi) stage of your life right now.
