You were born during the year of the Wood Ox, month of the Wood Rooster, day of the Water Horse and hour of the Water Tiger.
Clearly the best time for studies begins December 10, the month of the Water Rat, a very auspicious time for mental work in general, including studies.
Oct 1 to 11 is unfavorable, especially for relationships.
Oct 12 to Nov 9 is a so-so time. It is a reasonably good time for ongoing relationships but not for starting up new ones. It is not particularly favorable for intellectual activity/studies, but it is a time when you could have a lot of determination. This is helpful to put in the effort to do well in your studies.
Nov 10 to Dec 9 This is a good time for making progress in your studies. As with last month, you are likely to have more determination than at other times. It's a Pig month, which also tends to be good for scholarship. Relationships are not as important as work during this time, but they are not unfavorable either. For the time period of your question, this is the best time for relationships.
