Question
I am a researcher looking into science and religion and during my studies I have found out that Cosmologist who make computer model maps of the universe have constructed a map where the design of the universe look just like the neurons in the brain. Could this pattern be a mirror effect to our neurons? see diagram on this link showing this.http://www.ascensionq2.20fr.com/custom.html at the bottom of this page. homepage is www.ascensionq.20fr.com

Answer
Dear Larry Thomas,

Personally, I would say that these phenomena are completely unrelated.

The website you shared with me looks a little crazy, to be honest.  Instead of that website, I would recommend looking at a good NASA website, if you want to learn about the structure of the universe.  Here is an excellent starting point:
http://map.gsfc.nasa.gov/m_uni/uni_101structures.html

The key, I think, is in the way you phrased your question.  The people at the website you were looking at CONSTRUCTED their map so the universe looked a little like the neurons in the human brain.  That's just how they set up their own map.  They could have constructed it so the universe looked like a chihuahua, a box of kleenex, or the 1997 Denver Broncos.  It has nothing to do with reality.

Keep Looking Up,

Expertise

I am not a professional astronomer by any means, but astronomy has been an interest of mine since childhood, and I am well-informed on the subject. If unable to answer someone`s question personally, I will know how to quickly find the answer online, because I keep myself informed about developments in the field and I know where to look for information.

Experience

I worked in an observatory for awhile at one point, doing various interesting things with a computer.
