Hello, I would like to know if the people in the western hemisphere see the same moon to the people in the southern hemisphere and if not can you please explain

Hello,

Your question is not entirely clear. You are asking how the Moon appears in the "western hemisphere" vis-a-vis the southern (which ALSO has a western hemisphere!) I think you actually mean how the northern hemisphere view of the Moon compares to the southern.
