Question
Hi Philip,
We are going on holiday here in the uk from May 10th to 17th in Dymchurch on the south coast. The last time we went there I was amazed at what could be seen away from the artificial light that I am used to in London. My question is where can I find an online site where I can print out a simple star chart for each night of our holiday to enable me to identify what I am looking at.
Many thanks for your time and best regards to you
Mark

Answer
Hello,

Unfortunately, I am aware of no site where one can simply print out a star chart for a selected region. Your next best bet is perhaps to see if you can download a program called "Skyglobe" - which I believe will have options to do what you want. There is also another program called "CyberSky" which can do it, once you set your location to the nearest (availale) latitude and longitude.

Hope that helps!
