hello sir, i study in 10 class . sir i want know that for doing iit .I should choose banglore or kota.. please advise me sir....

I was in the field (studying) god knows how many years ago!
What you need to do if you are in Bombay or a metropolitan city, is to get in touch with the "coaching classes". Aggarwals at Dadar, Bombay are very popular.
They are in the business of counselling you.
get the right counsel and do the right thing.
