Question
well i think its venus but i am sittin on my sofa at 11:30pm
and a very bright light in the corner of my eye draws my attention i look out the window and its a bright star i look outside and its way brighter than the stars and it is in the south west from england,cambridgeshire and i have researched a bit and i think its venus am i right?????

If you are lucky enough to have a pair of very good sailor's binocs (70 mm objective, good field width, and magnification 7 to 10, you will be able to see its galilean moons change places every day!
Also you would be able to see the Virgo cluster of galaxies as a collection of powerful but extremely fine specks, between Leo and Virgo.
I had a Japanese one, and really freaked out using that one, when I was in college!
