Question
What is meant by worm hole and how it will form?

Answer
Hello,

A worm hole is thus far a totally hypothetical construct which has been hypothesized, but never empirically validated - say by a precise experiment. Hence, it remains largely in the realm of speculation or conjecture. (Some say it arises as a "solution" to the Einstein General Relativity equations, but in fact, more technically, it is the *black hole* which arises from the GR tensor equations. The wormhole is taken to be an exotic extrapolation of the black hole - emanating from its singularity- and presumably forming a bridge in space-time.)

Numerous hypotheses or guesses have nevertheless been advanced to account for this hypothetical entity, and you can read a lot about them at the link below, including some speculations on its possible formation.

A better bet is to read the book, 'Black Holes and Time Warps' (W.W. Norton Co.)  by Kip Thorne, particularly Chapter 14, which deals specifically with worm holes.

You can find the Amazon link for the book here:

Again, this is a speculative object only.
