on which angle the sun shining in winter time in Kabul

Tariq, I should have told AllExperts I was on vacation.  I am sorry to be late.  Look at this website:

Look for the second to last column, called the Solar Noon Altitude column.  Then, go up to the date, and try various values between late December and late March.  If you want the very lowest angle that the sun at noon ever reaches in Kabul, look for December 21.  You will see, the sun's angle, at solar noon on that date, is 32.1 degrees above the horizon.
