Paul,
I purchased a Meade telescope for my wife a couple of years ago.
We have never been able to make it work, has auto tracking and other features. If you live in Napa I would like you to take a look and determine if it's us or the telescope. I am willing to pay a fee for this service.

Hi Scott

Can you describe what the problem is?  DO the optics work?  Have you been able to focus it on the moon and taken a look?  Or can you  describe the problem in more detail?

I'm happy to help, although I do have some limitations on what I can do for you directly....
