Question
Hello again Mr. Wagner,
I do hope that your vacation was enjoyable. :0)
I do apologize in getting back with you so late.
I have not been able to find any numbers on the telescope. not even patent numbers, however I can say that while looking at terrestrial objects i.e. street signs I did notice that the names were backwards. not sure if this much help but at the moment it is all I have. If you require more info please feel free to inquire and I will do my best to answer.
Thank you for your time and patience,
Sincerely,
Mr. Rich Terven

Answer
Hi Rich

Hah!  Yes, we had a great vacation.  Thanks for asking!

In fact, all astronomical telescopes will show an inverted image--you just don't notice it when looking at the stars--so I'm afraid that doesn't help either.

Let's see.  On the objective lens--the big lens that is facing the sky--you might find some small numbers on the metal retaining ring that would describe that lens.  That would help.  There may also be similar numbers somewhere on the eyepiece.

Or you could just measure the diamter of the objective lens ( in millimeters--that's the way they do it) and that will give you a good idea.  My guess is that it's about 60mm...

Let's start with that...
