Question
Thank you for the response sir, I want to know how to measure or may be there is a website that give a data on the most recent total electron particles ejected into the atmosphere because this in a way affect the radio signals for communication.

Answer
Hello,

Unfortunately, I'm unaware of any sites that provide specific "data on the most recent total electron densities" - say for electrons ejected into the atmosphere from space. However, you might find something of indirect use or interest at this website:

http://www.spaceweather.com/

(Also in terms of radio signals, e.g. on the left side of the web page under "The Radio Sun")

Good luck!
