Question
Sir, Can we re-create the magnetic field alone from a ray of light or an electro-magnetic wave?

Answer
I think you mean to say, can we make a magnetic field from just a ray of light (which IS an electromagnetic wave, by definition)?
I don't think so. I think it takes at least a bar of magnetized iron with a coil of wire around it,  with electricity flowing through it; OR just move the bar of iron in and out (back and forth) through the coil of wire.  The Earth and stars do it by rotation around a hot interior liquid, (or plasma in the case of stars)... generating what we call a dynamo.  I think electrical generators do it by rotating an armature with wire coils inside a magnetized iron shell, or torus.
But just a beam of visible light (or radio, or heat, or UV, X-ray or gamma radiation)... any stream of photons no matter what their wavelength, just by itself, doesn't automatically create a magnetic field.

Astronomy has been my hobby/pasttime for over 50 years.  Currently own 3 telescopes, the largest of which is a 30 inch Newtonian truss Dob that is portable.I taught Astronomy/Meteorology at the University Level for 13 years before retiring in 1995. Being retired and home most of the time, I am able to answer all questions relatively quickly, unless it's a new moon weekend with good observing conditions.  No astrology questions please, or questions about alleged UFO picture identifications.
