Question
Can two black holes combine? If they can combine then what will happen?

Answer
Yes, black holes can theoretically combine. One result would be that where there were two black holes before, after the combination there would only be one but with twice the previous mass. Another result would be the propagation of very strong gravity waves from the location of the collision.
