I have been reading how seasons are formed due to the 23.5 degrees tilt the earth has. This creates basically two seasons Summer and Winter but what about the two seasons Autumn and Spring how are they formed?
Thanks for your time.
Answer Hello Michael...and thanks for using AllExperts
Autumn is a kind of halfway point between summer and winter, while spring is halfway between winter and summer --
The first day of autumn occurs when the sun's altitude in our sky is halfway between its highest point in summer and its lowest point in winter. Spring is just the opposite: the sun is halfway between its lowest point in winter and its highest point in summer.
