Question
What is the next month during which a full moon will not be seen in Wilmington, DE?

Answer
Hi Amanda,

Because the lunar month (the time between successive new moons or full moons) is 29 days, 12 hours and 44 minutes, this is shorter than the calendar month only in February.  A little calculation shows there was no full moon in Wilmington, DE in February of the years 1809, 1847, 1866, 1885, 1915, 1934, 1961, 1999, 2018, 2037, 2067 and 2094.  So the next one is February, 2018.

Keep looking up!
