Question
If the Earh stopped revoling around the Sun would the other planets in our solor system be sffected?

Answer
Hello Maddy,

If the Earth stopped revolving around the Sun (and crashed into the Sun because it wouldn't be in orbit any longer), the other planets would only be affected VERY, VERY little.  Each planet has gravity which affects everything else (Mars and Venus are the closest, so would be affected the most), but because of the great distances, the effects would not be noticeable.

Earth's Moon, of course, would be affected, but that's not a planet!

Hope that helps.
