Hello,

I know there is a Pegasus constellation, but is there also a Pegasus galaxy?  Are there any galaxies in the constellation?

Yes, Pegasus contains several galaxies.  If you scroll down near the bottom of this page, to "Deep Sky Objects," this webpage will help you identify some of them:
