Question
Sir,
If the constituents of the space/Universe e.g.
(planets, Solar systems, galaxies ) are finite then the sum of all these ( space ) should also be finite.   All the constituents of space have density, mass , volume and other physical properties, hence the sum of all thse should also be finite.

2. to my mind, the entities which are infinite,
are not real ( are not physical entities).
e.g. number line, ideas in mind etc. but the space is real and should be finite.

Answer
Hi Satish,
Ok!
If i for example agree with you ..then what next?
Are you driving at something further more? or are you just stating what seems "apparent" to you?

Dont get me wrong.
Most of us do this.
I may be doing likewise in another context for another topic.

The fact is that the universe is boundless and centerless.
Anything "finite" in the common sense would always have a center "somewhere". Hope you agree to this.

But the universe is centerless, and expanding as if the center was "nowhere".

This happens because in multi dim space, the universe appears as an expanding bubble with 3 dim space as the surface, where all points move away from all other points, but the center lies "inside" the bubble, but not on the expanding surface that constitutes the universe as we know it.

Such a universe is "finite" in that multidim space but not in our 3 dim perception.

The universe by itself my have umpteen dimensions, it is "our perception" of it that makes it limited or limitless depending on our world view.
