Question
what is the definition, in laymans terms please, of ultra and super infinity?

Answer
Hi,
There is nothing such as ultra-infinity or super-infinity.
Infinity itself is NOT a well defined concrete large quantity, but rather a concept.
if you type "define:infinity" into google search, it will list the simplest definitions as

"Greater than any fixed counting number, or extending forever. No matter how large a number one thinks of, infinity is larger than it. Infinity has no limits (cf Infinity and Iteration Discussion). "

infinity does not have other qualifying prefixes such as "ultra" or "super".

One either has infinity (as in 1/0) or doesnt! in which case one deals with some high or low finite value that can be measured or represented on paper in some way.

Doing that is impossible with infinity. You cannot represent 1/0 on any paper anywhere as the value "tends to" be infinite. (greater than any number you represent on paper in any fashion, of any power high or low).
