Question
hello steve just a general question because im curious? how far away is the orion constellation i think this everytime i see it ?and how long would it take to get there? how far away is pluto?also what do you think is on the other side of the universe ?? thanks for your help its appreciated, john

Answer
Well the stars that form Orion are all different distances.
For example, Betelgeuse is 520 Light years away, Rigel is 800 LY away, and the Orion Nebula is 1400 LY away.  Travelling at the speed of light it would take you 520 years, 800 years and 1400 years to get to those objects.

The Planet Pluto is about 3.5 Billion miles from the Sun.

Well, since the "Universe" is everything, the other side, is STILL the Universe !
