Question
hello sir ,

we all know that earth rotate from west to east in counter clockwise direction.but , i came to know that the north pole of the earth rotate from east to west.how is that possible?

Answer
Hi,
I hope you are referring to the precession of the eqinoxes!
Or the wandering of the poles so that the pole star is changed every few 1000 years!

It happens because of tidal forces of sun and planets on the rotating earth, and a likely eccentric collision with another body in its formative days.
But i am not aware of the direction.
Sorry.
