Question
Did Albert Einstein graduate from elementary school (or the equivalent)? Did he graduate from high school (or the equivalent)? Did he ever obtain any bona fide college degrees? Thank you for your response. Al Brown

Answer
Yes, he earned all his degrees and his life is accurately chronicled in his wikipedia entry: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albert_Einstein

There's a persistent rumor on the internet that Einstein did badly in math at school, where the truth is that he was an exceptional mathematician in school.  People love to believe that somehow Einstein was an underdog and that anyone who did badly in school could somehow have their name be synonymous with genius.  Einstein really was just a mental giant with an ability to see the world in a way no one else had ever seen it before.

Expertise

Fusion, solar flares, cosmic rays, radiation in space, and stellar physics questions. Generally, nuclear-related astrophysics, but I can usually point you in the right direction if it's not nuclear-related or if it's nuclear but not astrophysics.

Experience

Currently a physics professor at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. Doctoral dissertation was on a reaction in CNO-cycle fusion, worked in gamma-ray astronomy in the space science division of the naval research laboratory in the high-energy space environment branch.

Organizations
Physics professor at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin.

Education/Credentials
Ph.D. in physics, research was on nuclear fusion reactions important in stellar fusion.
