Atheism/against the arguments

Question
QUESTION:  Why do you think the argument for God's existence fail?

ANSWER: They fail because God is untruth. The problem is about the first appearance of energy/substance in the world. Though we do not have the answers yet, mathematically it is possible that expansion of space gives rise to energy. The idea of God does not solve any problem. The problem continues with the question 'how did God come about?'. If you accept that God was there from the beginning, you can as well accept that energy/matter was there from the beginning. This question cannot be answered today. Perhaps science will be able to provide in answer to future generations. Till then, it is no use making wild guesses.

QUESTION:  "God is untruth"?wow..that's a really sweeping statement.. So you're saying science can explain everything, though now we just can't explain everything.. How does that make the arguments for God's existence a failure?'how did God come about'?i think that's a play with words...

Answer
'"God is untruth"? wow..that's a really sweeping statement': Yes, that is right. It is the final jump from make-believe to facts. It is a declaration of independence, it is the Magna-Carta. We should accept only what we know today. We will keep revising our theories as science progresses. It is science that would provide the answers and not meditation or prayer. What we know today is that energy and matter are the same and they constitute the visible universe. We do not know about 70% of energy in the universe (dark matter/energy). 'How did God come about?' is a very valid question.

The belief in God comes with a whole list of untruths, an interfering God who is some times benign and sometimes vindictive, re-incarnation and its cessation, heaven, hell, karma, in case of Indic religions; and sons (through immaculate conception) and messengers, rising from death, riding to seven heavens, eternity in heaven or hell, 72 houris and an unlimited supply of booze, the day of judgement (for Abrahamic religions). In this one jump you tear clean of a host of false beliefs.

Expertise

All, especially about atheism in relation to Hinduism. Brahman in Hinduism is like a quantum field in which all things, space, and time, are constituted.

Experience

Went through all beliefs in Hinduism and Buddhism (polytheism, monotheism, monism, shaivism, vaishnavaism) to arrive at Advaita.
