Dear Harbhajan:

  We are a mexican couple which education and way of thinking is over the media (at least, the mexican media).  We were educated in catholic families, but when we get to "adult state" (maybe previously), we decided not to practicate any religion, because we think that religions are only ways to divide the human kind.
  Now we are pregnant, and we need to give our child the best education, but we want him to be a free man (or woman), without taking down his spirituality.  We want to educate him with simple principles of respects to life, and we want him to have a happy life.  Is there a proved way to do it, without the blind reference of the religions?
We appreciate your ideas, and don't worry if your answer takes a little time to be sent.  We prefer that time makes you give us a better answer.  Don't worry about the evaluation in the time.

Dear Carlos,
Evolution, yours as well as of our culture as a whole, made you outgrow the practices of religion, without anybody telling you or educating you so. Similarly, first off, dont worry about your child. He too will learn what is needed to be learnt and shun what is not needed. After all he/she is your generationNext on the evolutionary line.

Sincerity of your question asks me to devote more time to your question, but really I have come back from a long hiking trip and am not completely well.
