Atheism/United Atheists

Question
HI,
I'm wondering if there are any atheist groups over the internet that can provide interesting discussions and possibly publications. I'd like to avoid discussing atheism as just a fanatic counterreligion, even if I do feel strongly about it. In short, common sense and skepticism as a philosophy.
Regards,

Answer
Hello Thierry Massihians
Common sense and skepticism as a philosophy seems to be getting harder and harder to find these days. I have found a couple of good starting off points that should get you started in the right direction www.positiveatheism.org and www.infidels.org  Both of these sights have links to various sources of discussion as well as groups. Try these out, if you don't find what your'e looking for write back and I'll be glad to look further.

I can answer just about any question that you may have about Atheism itself, dealing with being an Atheist in a religous world, or theological, religion based questions concerning atheism.

Experience

I became an Atheist at the age of 15 and have remained so for the past 21 years. At that time I was the only Atheist that I had ever met so I spent the next several years researching most types of religion as well as the concept itself. I am not here to convert or argue, but just to help you find the path that is right for you.
