Hi, I was diagnosed with ADD several years ago. I have tried Ritalin and Adderall, but the effects don't last very long at all.
I am having major problems with attention, focus, and concentration at work. I need a list of strategies to help with this. Is there a website or a book with such a list of strategies? I don't know which book to consider; I don't want paragraphs...I need a list of things to do. Thank you.
Both Ritalin and Adderall work very well if correctly used. What doses formats, what doses and at what times did you take them? You would do best if an expeert not only treated you but advised you. If the condition is not treated effectly with medication to start with, any other advice will have very little value.
