Questionmy son is 17 he's been tested three times he's been at the top prep schools in the phila area. cant seem to put my finger on what his has..i have adhd since was a child undiagnosed started medication at 40 has changed my life. not sure what he has but its something-no adhd maybe inattentive where do i go from here..b/c student works not to potential..sensitive..very social..very difficult with us-his mom and dad..began to see challenges while starting to take the sat his tutor noticed a pattern.
AnswerWith the information you have given me it would be impossible to make a diagnosis, only speculate. That you have had him tested three times and still no final diagnosis is very strange. Who actually tested him.
If you have ADHD he might also have it. That would be my best shot without testing him. I feel there is no alternative, but to take him to an expert and try again. I could do an internet assessment on him as a last resort.
