Good day,
I dont know if i have ADD. I am 32 and find my self very absent minded. At work i misfile items, put things in wrong place, sometimes miss out numbers of deposits.
On job application forms i sometimes put the wrong info then realize 1 minute later i put the wrong info in wrong place.
It is like being absent minded and not paying attention. Is this ADD and if it is or not what is it that could do or not do.
From your description it certainly could be adult ADD. If your problem is severe enough to interfere with your life you should have an evaluation done by a medical doctor who specializes in adult ADD/ADHD. The condition is easy to diagnose if seen by an expert and just as easy to treat. Good luck!
