Question
My son is 15 and a half he was diagnosed with mixed emotional/conduct disorder with opposional behavior at 5years then 6 month later reactive attachment disorder against a background of emotional neglect. Then at 6 and a half it was then insecure attachment disorder/contact disorder. He has always had attention problems he always acts without thinking, you can here him before you see him, he is very immature for his age and only has friends who are younger than him because he can not relate to his own age group. He has been in trouble with the police alot recently, all his behaviors seem to be more or less the same for many years now. I have always felt that there is something wrong with him other than what was diagnosed all those years ago it may also be of benefit to let you know i had a difficult pregnancy i was induced at 35weeks and his birth weight was 1795g he had IUGR he had difficulties during and after labor and was placed on a ventilator for 15hours he was discharged from hospital 16 days later.

Answer
Please forgive me but in 30 years working in  this field I have NEVER seen one child with so many different diagnoses. Double pathology is a very shaky situation. He probably has undiagnosed ADHD. As a challenge I would like to do an internet assessment on your son. Email me  if you are willing and where should I email my questionnaires to.
