Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)/ADD personality grid

Question
My father and brother have both been diagnosed with ADD. My mother, at one time had come across a book that contained a questionaire for people with ADD. Once the questions had been answered, you received a score. The score was plotted on a grid. Where you landed on the grid would determine the 'title' of your particular type of ADD. It would also give you an explanation of how that type would manifest itself. For example, when my father answered the questions the 'title' it gave him was 'absented minded professor' and gave examples of ways he would likely behave. It seemed to be accurate. I would be interested in seeing this again, but no one can remember the book it came from. Any ideas? Or a web-sight I could visit? I have been doing on-line searches, but have been unsuccessful thus far.

Answer
Dear Tori,

Thanks for asking me your question.  I have not heard of the particular test you are referring to.  The only self-test I usually recommend can be found at Dr. Daniel Amen's site.  It is an on-line test that is very affordable and the information has been on target for all those I know who have taken it.

I belive the site is www.amenclinic.com.

Good Luck with your search.
