Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)/Is this part of ADHD?

Question
Hey, I have ADHD and was wondering something about it. When I was
younger and still now, very often (not as often now)  when I tryed to go to
sleep, I can hear voices in my head, quite alot of them, some talking really
fast, some really slow, the tempo fast and slow, when I put my head down on
my pillow, it feels really heavy, when I get up and try to walk, in my head,
there is a big thud, very loud, then again with the voices, If i looked at
people, they look like they are really close or really far away from me even
though they are not. Is this part of ADHD? If it isn't, please could you point
me in the right direction if you know what it is and/or what is causing it?
Thankyou so much for your time, it will be very helful. Thankyou again for
your time. Rachael.

Answer
It is possible that this could be part of ADD/ADD but it might aslo be suggestive of other psychiatric conditions. Either way I would point you in the direction of a medical doctor to assess you fully with a view to medicating  and advising you if warrented.
