Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)/Appointment as a South African

Question
As a South African. Would I be able to get an appointment to see you. I think you are wonderful at diagnostics. If it is possible how much is a consultation and how can I contact you? I am willing to sacrifice much to see you. I have just one question. One day I took my afternoon dose of Ritalin and got a horrific vertigo/panic attack. My eyes pulled inwards and stayed that way while the room looked like it was spinning. This lasted 8 hours and it was agonising because I felt nauseous and I had a panic attack at the same. Now this worry of getting this attack again is ruining my life because I am worried that it is the Ritalin and that this will eventually happen each time I take it

Answer
As a doctor I find your request rather strange. Anybody would be entitled to ask a doctor for and appoitment and hopefully the doctor will decide if he is the right doctor. Your description of the reaction  you had might not be related to the Ritalin. You are welcome to phone me. (0114251308),Office hours.
