Question
My grandaughter takes I'm a day Her behavior at school is not good she started at a new school for learning difficulties and behavioral problems. when she does something she shouldn't if other pupils laugh or egg her on she carries on gets so high she cannot calm down with the police having to be brought to her . What can we do no one seems to care its getting very worrying.Her age is fourteen.

The first part of you question seems to be missing, but I am assuming that your granddaughter takes concerta xl, to help control her behavior.  

It sounds as if your Granddaughter has some serious behavioral challenges.  I would recommend that she be placed in a good Residential or Day Treatment Center, where she can learn to control her behavior and replace the bad behaviors with appropriate behaviors.  The center should have both behavioral specialists and counselors to intervene when necessary, on the spot.  If she continues, she will face serious problems as she enters adult life.
