Question
Dear Dr Levine. I am currently on stimulants, antidepressants and antipsychotics. I got a dystonic reaction when I was about 13 to Fluanxol. This was due to the fact that the dose was too high. I am having terrible problems with my eyes. I am currently studying and have been studying for about 13 years non stop. MY eyes sometimes feel as if they going to pull too one side or go up and down. I also got a nasty reation where my eyes moved to quickly. Can prolonged use of stimulants with antipsychotics cause movement disorders? If this is the case I do not know how to manage without my Ritalin

Answer
As you have given me no details as  to when, how much, how many  and for how long you  have taken the various medications, as well as no diagnosis or age, I cannot advise. Have you seen an eye specialist? What do you mean by "non stop" and what are you studying and  where? What have you achieved? Why have you not asked your doctor for answers? Who prescribed all these medications and what qualifications does he or she have? How is your medication being monitored and how often  do you see your doctor? Where do you come from?
