I would like to know if other people have been on Ritalin everyday for 20 years +. What awful damage can it cause and how many reports have been conducted. Could be damaging my nervous system or brain and neurotransmitters or even my adrenal gland. Which parts of my body are being negativitly affected ect. My head is constantly foggy with pulling muscles all over my body and it feels as if I am developing dystonic reactions from them. I have discussed this with my specialist but it seems strange that I am getting all this on a drug that is apparently safe. I do not trust any medical experts anymore and feel I need natural supplements. This is very hard for me to accept.

If you do not trust the doctor get another opinion. I certainly cannot advise without examining you. People have been on Ritalin for 20 years and more with no side effects. Perhaps your symptoms are from another condition and not from the medication.
